You will be guided into a meditative state and go deep into your subconscious to find the answers within. Afterward, you’ll journal what comes up and we talk through it.

Get to the root of an issue and help see things from a different perspective. In this session, I’ll also lead you in a guided meditation aligned with the theme of the conversation.

We’ll align on what you’re working through and rewire old patterns through a combination of Reiki, Intuitively Guided Healing sessions and Meditation over the course of 6 sessions together. This program is perfect for anyone who is looking to go deeper inside and connect with themselves and needs guidance to get there.
